January 2013: Joined Starting weight: 286 lbs. @ 5'6" 

March 21, 2013: Added strength training to cardio workouts. 

April 8, 2013: 85 days in. 251 lbs. Have lost 35 lbs. No longer have horrible pain in the bottom of my feet. Still have a tummy, but no longer look pregnant (which is awesome because my youngest child is 15). Am really enjoying getting fit. 

April 19, 2013: Started using a Polar Watch with heart-rate monitor to keep track of the intensity of my workouts. 

April 30, 2013: BMI dropped below 40 (to 39.4), putting me in BMI Obesity Class II. (Starting BMI was 46.2.) 42 pounds lost to date. Have lost 7" from hips, 5" from waist, 3.5 from bust. 

May 17, 2013: Started using a FitBit Flex to set daily physical activity goals for myself.

May 31, 2013: 50 lbs. gone.

July 2, 2013: Have lost 9" from hips, 6.5" from waist, 5" from bust. 

July 31, 2014: 119 lbs. gone. Have lost 16.5" from hips, 13" from waist, 12" from bust.

December 2014: 128 lbs. gone. Have lost 19" from my hips, 13.5" from my waist and 12" from my bust.

January 2015: Achieved my goal of reaching a "healthy" BMI (154.4 lbs). Total weight lost: 132 lbs. 

January 2017: Celebrated my two year weight loss anniversary. Have successfully maintained my goal weight within a five-to-ten pound range for the past two years.
